Hi, My name is Melissa Smith.
I realized at quite a young age that things do not always go the way we planned them. However, I have come to realize that sometimes that's not a bad thing at all. One of the most important things I have learnt about life is that the power lies with us. We choose how to change our game and change the narrative for ourselves and the generation after us.

Melissa has been fantastic in dealing with my teenage daughter. She's been extremely caring and helpful and assisted me with further references as needed.
She has true compassion for her patients. She really has the experience to deal with pre-teens and teens. She understood exactly what I was going through as a parent because she has spent so much
time helping other teens & pre-teens. This also helps her to give parents the insight to what this generation is experiencing and how to help them.I would highly recommend her.
