  • I work with both adults and children in this capacity.

  • Couples counselling is aimed at helping couples deal with conflict better. 

  • Develop healthier methods to deal with stress in a relationship. 

  • Learn how to support your partner better. 

  • Help identify dysfunctional behavior traits, and help by intentionally changing these behavior patterns. 

  • Develop as a unique couple and not repeated toxic behavior traits. 

  • Work through previous relationship trauma. 

  • Help couples focus on complimenting each other rather than completing each other. 

  • Improve communication, as this is one the main ingredients in any relationship. 

  • Help couples build resilience during tough times.

  • The aim of group therapy is to bring unity and provide support to the individuals involved. 

  • Psycho-educational groups. The primary focus of these groups are to educate and inform individuals generally about substance abuse, mental health, related behaviors, and the consequences of those behaviors.

  • To focus  and  helps members with their emotional development and addresses their childhood concerns that may lead them to poor decision-making and impulsive tendencies.

  • Online and face to face talks and workshops on various topics requested.

  • Family counselling aims to help by: Improving-communication skills 

  • Provide skills for coping with challenging situations as a family. 

  • Identifying problem areas within the family. 

  • Identify dysfunctional interactions. 

  • Developing healthy boundaries. 

  • Defining roles in the family. 

  • How to solve sibling conflict. 

  • adapting to a major change. 

  • How to deal with a chronic illness in the family or death.
